Beachfront Vacation Homes On The Water
We had a really nice weekend in Fernandina Beach, Fla. The beachfront vacation home was not fancy, but it was a short walk to the beach, and the atmosphere was perfect. It was also not too crowded and it was great to just walk back after a day in the sun instead of driving back home. You could sleep easily listening to the sound of the waves. Ahhh. Maine is a popular destination for beach rentals. Lobster bakes, need I say more? Local seafood is a perk of staying on the beach. I love to get up early and just watch the sea birds and crashing waves. Sunset is another nice time to walk on the beach. You can certainly rent a beachfront vacation home in Mexico or the Caribbean if you like the crowds and amenities a resort brings. I’d rather spend my money to rent a vacation home on a quiet lesser known beach and just relax and enjoy it.
